UnimedUSA.com Shipments to Canada
Although our name is UnimedUSA, we have many happy customers in Canada. Because, however, this involves shipping across an international border, we have some specific notes for our Canadian customers to be aware of.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Most of our shipping is done through FedEx, and sometimes UPS. Both of these companies require customs declarations and specific paperwork. This is included in the shipping charge.
What is not included are import duties and taxes. This part of this shipment is sent with payment required by you, the recipient. This also sometimes means you will receive a call or email from FedEx or UPS requiring action by you to complete the shipment.
Please be aware that you'll need to respond to these queries in order to make sure you receive your products on a timely basis. Our system always sends an email when the shipment is initiated, and a tracking number from the shipper is provided.
