While many medical and dental products are not returnable or refundable for health and safety reasons, below is our general policy on returns and refunds. We want you to be happy with our service, as customers have been since 1978, and we will make every effort to find an appropriate solution when we can:

• Unless a product is special order or is specifically not cancelable, any order can be canceled for a full refund - up until the time it is shipped
• PPE is generally not returnable because it is intended for personal use
• Medical and dental products which are sealed cannot be returned once the seal is broken
• Any claims for damage in shipping must be reported within 24 hours - this is a shipping industry requirement, and beyond this time, they may not accept the claim
• Wherever possible, we will accept returns on other products.  
  • Products must be returned in 30 days
  • Sometimes you may be liable for return shipping costs
  • In most cases, we will only charge a restocking fee if the manufacturer charges us, however certain products may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the specific situation
  • Before returning any product, you will need to contact us to get an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) - we cannot accept returns without an RMA number
  • Any product we accept for return will need to be checked for product integrity, and once the return is approved by us, we will issue a refund against the payment method used for the original purchase. We cannot issue refunds against other payment methods in order to ensure payment is made to the right person or source
