Operations Coordinator - San Jose, CA Warehouse

UnimedUSA.com is seeking a part/full time operations coordinator to handle customer relations, inventory, data entry, billing and other operations tasks. 

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service
  • Account Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable/Bookkeeping
  • Purchase Order Management

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A high degree of accuracy;  great attention to detail
  • Excellent follow through skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter who can work independently and manage shifting priorities
  • Highly proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
